The quiet and stylish R2s has been created to provide a high-efficiency total surface cleaning solution whilst still respecting the environment within which it works. The R2s cleaning system simultaneously achieves wetting, soaping, scrubbing, recovery and recycling of the wastewater. All these actions combined into one machine ensure that the R2s is unrivalled in its abilities.

This Eco-Washing technology is capable of treating all types of surfaces using its non-aggressive process and its low noise and exhaust emissions ensure it is a truly ‘clean machine’.

Machine Features:

• Shampoo & Soaking: The degreasing water, mixture with the action of the brushes, enables an efficient washing stripping. Distributed at low pressure (3 bar) on the brushes, the liquid removes the encrusted substances.
• Degreasing Container: With a capacity of 20 litres, it provides the user with a comfortable operating period. Although active, the degreaser agent is 100% biodegradable.
• Used Water Recycling System: The R2s has its own onboard suction and storage system for the dirty water. With a clean water capacity of 1000 litres, the operating autonomy of the R2s is exceptional.
• Venturi System: Connected to the clean water delivery line, the venturi system allows the in-cab dosing of the degreaser flow according to the ground conditions.
• Brushing: The adjustment of ground pressure and brush rotation speed covers a working width of 1280 mm to 2100 mm, giving the R2s high efficiency in all working configurations.
• Suction System: With the scrapers, the sprinkler covers a ground span of 1600 mm, making it easier to collect the waste water. The suction mouth also has a trap for large waste, which, by combining the brushing and suction functions, allows the R2s to dispose of waste such as paper, cans, and glass bottles.
