Since 1986, Vac-Con, Inc. has manufactured more than 9,000 custom-built, truck-mounted machines to serve public and private environmental markets globally. Located in Green Cove Springs, Florida, they are one of the largest producers of sewer cleaning equipment in North America. Situated on 17 acres, Vac-Con boasts a 160,000 square-foot, newly expanded facility where they manufacture over 30,000 unique parts they use on their machines. They believe in empowering the customer by providing quality, reliable machinery for municipal, industrial, and utility markets worldwide.

Dual Engine

Only Vac-Con combines the flexibility of a two-engine design to get the toughest jobs done right. Our efficient design, allowing the chassis engine to drive either the 3-stage fan or positive displacement blower vacuum system, actually saves you fuel and general ware and tear in the long run. Using a standard hydrostatic drive, this design can engage the industry’s most powerful vacuum. Offering a wide array of options, this is truly a “go anywhere, and do anything” machine.

Single Engine

Vac-Con uses the simplicity of a hydrostatic drive to power both the vacuum and water systems with a single engine. Both systems can be independently operated for multiple applications, while allowing for maximum flexibility. Looking for a single-engine machine? Titan

The premier Titan Combination Machine provides operators with the performance and power they’ve been asking for. This redesigned model was designed, tested, and built by the sewer cleaning experts at Vac-Con with feedback from our operators in the field. Our latest Titan model offers a wider range of size configurations including single and tandem axle options.

3 Yard Combo

This 3-yard version of our Titan line of trucks provides the performance you’d expect from a Vac-Con machine with minimal footprint. This is an ideal option for smaller organizations and those who need to have anyone on the team jump in the truck and go…no CDL required. The non-CDL Titan weights under 26,000 GVWR with full freshwater capacity. It features 3-yards of usable capacity in the debris tank and a simple operating system designed for all skill levels.
